Store Executive

The Store Executive will oversee the management of all inventory, ensuring timely availability of tools, equipment, and materials to support production and maintenance activities. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring proper storage conditions, and optimizing inventory levels to reduce downtime and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

• Maintain an updated inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

• Ensure accurate stock records, including receipts, issues, and returns.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

• Tool Issuance and Return:

• Oversee the issuance of tools and equipment to production and maintenance teams.

• Ensure tools are returned in good condition and track any damages or losses.

• Procurement Support:

• Coordinate with the purchase department for replenishing critical stock items.

• Monitor lead times and ensure essential tools and parts are readily available.

• Storage and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure proper storage methods for sensitive or high-precision tools.

• Implement safety measures to prevent mishandling, damage, or accidents in the store.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of toolroom inventory, issues, and receipts.

• Generate periodic reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and requirements.

• Keep maintenance records for tools and initiate servicing or replacements when needed.

• Team Coordination:

• Supervise store assistants (if applicable) and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams for effective workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in store management, preferably in a toolroom or manufacturing setup.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of toolroom equipment, tools, and industrial materials.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
