Key Responsibilities-

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Issue raw materials and components to the production department as per approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements.
Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
Update stock details in ERP/Excel and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.
Assist in preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock reports.
Report stock shortages, excess inventory, or damaged materials to the Store In-charge.
Follow company safety procedures and store management practices.

Required Skills-
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems is an added advantage.
