Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure it meets company standards.

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Supervise and train store staff to achieve excellent results.

• Coordinate with Purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Implement strategies to optimize sales and improve store performance.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform decision making.

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.

• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role in the manufacturing

industry.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
