Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Qualification: UG (Any Degree)

Factory location: Hosur

Office timings: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (6 days a week )

Salary: Less than 25k gross.

JD of Stores and Logistics Executive:

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain stock registers.

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and returns.

Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Support internal and external audits.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and inventory/accounting software.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data
