Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per customer schedules.
Prepare dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, Invoice, and Packing List.
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for timely material dispatch.
Ensure correct quantity and quality of materials before dispatch.
Arrange and coordinate transport vehicles for deliveries.
Maintain dispatch records and update dispatch status reports.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.
Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
Follow company safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Understanding of E-Way Bill, GST documentation, and invoicing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, stores, or warehouse operations.
