Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan).
Coordinate with warehouse and production team for timely dispatch.
Ensure correct packing, labeling, and shipment of products.
Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch reports.
Coordinate with transporters for delivery schedules.
Track shipments and update customers or management if required.
Maintain stock and dispatch details in Excel or ERP system.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of dispatch management and inventory handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
