Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase and sales entries accurately into the system.
Record and update job card entries.
Perform daily data entry in the ERP system with accuracy.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates.
Prepare basic reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
Required Skill Sets:
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work on ERP systems (training will be provided if required).
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Have / Preferred:
Prior experience in data entry, accounts, or ERP systems.
Knowledge of purchase/sales entry processes.
Ability to generate simple MIS reports.
