Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, address inquiries, offer product recommendations, and resolve complaints.
Sales & Checkout: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process cash/card payments, and handle refunds.
Inventory Management: Unload deliveries, restock depleted shelves, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, arrange attractive product displays, and perform regular price audits.
