Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials against invoices and purchase documents.
Assist in loading, unloading, stacking, and proper storage of materials.
Maintain proper arrangement and identification of metal materials, components, tools, and consumables.
Issue materials to the production team as per approved requirements.
Maintain stock records and update inventory entries regularly.
Assist with physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Store In-charge about shortages or excess stock.
Ensure proper handling and safe storage of metal materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams when required.
Follow company safety procedures and store management practices.
