Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of
consumables, ensuring timely replenishment to meet organizational needs.
Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure
materials, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
Stock Issuance: Manage the issuance of materials to various departments,
ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock movements, receipts, GRN
and issues using ERP / MIS systems and manual logs.
Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with
specifications, reporting discrepancies as needed.
