Job Title: Stock Manager – Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Location: Nexus power LLP, Khushkhera (Bhiwadi), Rajasthan
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years (Factory/Manufacturing preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall inventory operations within the factory.

• Maintain accurate stock records for raw material, WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods.

• Ensure timely inward and outward entries in ERP/manual registers.

• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

• Monitor material consumption, wastage and report discrepancies to management.

• Track GRN, Challans, Gate Passes and ensure proper documentation.

• Manage storage layout, FIFO method, and safe handling of materials.

• Ensure proper loading/unloading, packaging and dispatch planning.

• Prepare daily stock status reports and share with management.

• Maintain hygiene, safety and discipline inside the warehouse area.

• Liaise with transporters, vendors and internal teams as required.
