Slitting Operator

We are looking for a Slitting Operator to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate slitting machines according to production requirements.

• Load and unload raw material rolls safely and efficiently.

• Adjust machine settings such as width,speed, and alignment.

• Monitor machine performance during production runs.

• Inspect slit materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Identify and report product defects, machine malfunctions, or process deviations.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Record production data, material consumption, and downtime accurately.

• Minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency.

• Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling of finished rolls.

• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve operational issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
