Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
Check civil work measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
