Job Title: Site Incharge – West India
Role Overview
The Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing Articlad installations across multiple project locations, ensuring proper execution, coordination with clients and contractors, and maintaining high installation standards.
This role requires strong site management skills, frequent travel, and excellent communication with architects, contractors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Quality Control
Supervise Articlad installation at multiple project sites across West India.
Ensure installation is carried out as per company specifications and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to installation contractors.
Resolve on-site technical or installation issues.
Client & Architect Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact at site for architects, clients, and contractors.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth installation progress.
Handle site queries related to installation, detailing, and execution.
Project Monitoring
Track installation progress across multiple locations.
Ensure timely completion of installation work.
Report project updates, issues, and completion status to the head office.
Contractor Management
Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors.
Ensure proper manpower planning at sites.
Monitor contractor performance and adherence to installation guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site reports, progress photos, and completion reports.
Document installation issues and ensure resolution.
Provide regular updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
3–8 years of experience in site execution / site supervision.
Experience in facade, cladding, tiles, stone, or architectural finishes preferred.
Experience managing multiple project sites simultaneously is a strong advantage.
Skills
Strong understanding of construction site operations.
Ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
Good problem-solving skills for site-related challenges.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently across West India.
Ability to independently manage multiple sites.
Basic understanding of drawings and installation details.
