Location: Site Based / Project Locations
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site installation and execution activities.
Coordinate with client, contractors, project team and installation workers.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQ and project specifications.
Manage site manpower, materials, tools and daily work allocation.
Check installation quality, measurements, alignment and finishing.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily site progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate material requirements and report shortages/damages.
Ensure PPE, safety procedures and good housekeeping at site.
Handle client observations and coordinate snag/rectification work.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of technical drawings and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Problem-solving and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
