Key Responsibilities

Dealer Support & Technical Assistance

• Provide technical guidance to TVS authorized service centers and dealers.

• Support dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.

• Ensure all service activities follow TVS Motor’s standard operating procedures.

Training & Skill Development

• Conduct training for mechanics, service advisors, and technicians on new TVS models, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

• Evaluate technician performance and recommend improvement plans.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with BS6 vehicles, EFI systems, and latest TVS models.

• Experience in dealer management and field service operations.

• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
