• Maintenance & repair:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, brake inspections, and chain adjustments.

  • Repair or replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and suspensions.

  • Conduct overhauls of engines, transmissions, and other complex components.

  • Install aftermarket accessories and performance upgrades as needed.

  • Perform safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.

• Quality control:

  • Test and inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.

  • Perform quality checks (QC) and ensure compliance with company regulations after each repair,

• Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and customer interactions.

• Customer service & communication:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers about repair needs, recommendations, and service updates.

  • Provide expert advice on motorcycle care, maintenance schedules, and enhancement options.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
