Service engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team Ultraautosonic LLP. The role involves

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Incoming phone calls.

Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat or by visit.

Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.

Ready for field work as well as office work.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI or Diploma in E&TC and Experience 6 months to 3 year in manufacturing or a related field. .
