Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dozers, excavators, and related heavy equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using tools and diagnostic software.
Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, hydraulic system servicing, and undercarriage repairs.
Test repaired machines to ensure correct performance and safety compliance.
Identify equipment issues through inspection, test drives, and diagnostic tools.
Resolve breakdowns at workshop or field locations within minimum downtime.
Provide technical escalation reports for major failures.
Prepare service reports, job cards, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Maintain records of parts used, labor hours, and equipment condition.
Update customers and supervisors on repair status.
