Job Description

We are looking for a Service cum Sales Engineer to join our team BEL. The role involves schedule repairs/maintenance of green burners, maintaining good relations with clients. Provide them quality service and Biofuel supply. The job is service oriented targeting various FMCG manufacturing units. The role is for hybrid travel.

This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Service support for Burners/ Heating application equipment
Maintain good relationship with client, understanding the demand.
Development of new client base, dealers, distributor across assign territory.
Schedule a product demo at client space. Evaluate the performance to avoid downtime
Generate the leads by market research, competitor tracking, relationship development.
Responsible for revenue generation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma holder and Experience Range in service support, sales, business development profile from the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. or a related field.

Attention to details, target oriented, customer support, services, effective communications are essential skills . And ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
