  • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

  • Demonstrating and presenting the machine after installation and service.

  • Monitoring machine and its equipment after service or installation.

  • Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

  • Delivering demonstration to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.

  • Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

  • Fill the service record sheet and sent it to the head office for future service reference.

  • Share the live location when going on service or machine installation.
