Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment.

  • Provide technical support to customers at their sites.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.

  • Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical support when required.

  • Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

  • Travel to customer locations as required.
