Service engineer

We are hiring Machine Service Executives to handle the installation, maintenance, and servicing of digital printing machines. Candidates should be technically sound and willing to travel as needed. Experience in handling digital textile machines will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Install and set up digital textile printing machines at client sites

•⁠ ⁠Provide maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting support

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the internal team for technical escalation

•⁠ ⁠Prepare service reports and documentation

•⁠ ⁠Maintain customer relationships by providing timely service

•⁠ ⁠Travel to customer locations as per requirement

Candidate Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of digital machines or textile machinery

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for on-site service

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience (only for Surat location): 1–2 years preferred in a similar role

•⁠ ⁠Freshers welcome (Ludhiana & Amritsar)
