Service engineer

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle site measurements, installation coordination, and after-sales service for our range of uPVC windows, aluminium systems, and glass solutions. This role is critical to ensure accurate production, smooth execution, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Site Measurement & Technical Assessment

• Visit project sites to take accurate measurements for windows, doors, and glass works

• Verify site readiness before production and installation

• Identify technical challenges and suggest solutions

Installation & Execution Management

• Plan and manage installation activities at site

• Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors

• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards

• Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues

Coordination

• Coordinate with factory/production team for accurate manufacturing

• Work closely with sales and design team for project clarity

• Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders

Delivery & Timeline Management

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site

• Plan installation schedules and meet project deadlines

• Track project status and update internal team

After-Sales Service

• Handle customer complaints and service requests

• Ensure quick resolution of issues (alignment, leakage, fittings, etc.)

• Maintain service records and customer satisfaction

🔹 Skills & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in windows, aluminium, glass, or construction field

• Knowledge of site measurements and basic drawings

• Understanding of installation processes

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle site work and pressure

• Basic communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English)

• Two-wheeler & valid license preferred
