Service engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning:

  Setting up new equipment or systems, ensuring they are correctly installed and functioning as intended. 

• Maintenance and Repair:

  Conducting routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting problems, and repairing equipment to prevent or resolve malfunctions.

  Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to customers or clients, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions. 

• Customer Service:

  Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service, addressing concerns, and building positive relationships. 

• Documentation and Reporting:

  Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards. 

• Training and Support:

  Educating clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
