Service engineer

Service Engineer will be having following Role/Responsibilities -

• Installation: Install and configure Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices in various customer vehicles.

• Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with VTS and electronic devices, ensuring their proper functionality.

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support and Training: Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions to ensure they can use our products effectively.

• Resident Engineer: Serve as a resident engineer in Bangalore, with the possibility of traveling to other regions as required by the company.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar field service / Field Executive or technical support of at least 6 months.

• Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is a must.

• Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting.

• Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.
