We are now looking for a Service Engineer to join our team and support installation, maintenance, and customer training for our autoclave systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission autoclave machines at client locations

• Perform routine preventive maintenance & troubleshooting

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

• Train clients on proper operation and basic maintenance

• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation

• Coordinate with production & sales teams for technical feedback

• Ensure timely resolution of service calls and customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication & customer-handling ability

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical parts

• Willingness to travel for client visits
