Job Summary

We are a leading manufacturer of CNC machinery for steel structure fabrication. We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to support our customers through machine installation, training, maintenance, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical diagrams and computer systems, with a willingness to travel and learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and commissioning of CNC machinery at customer sites.
Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and service visits as scheduled.
Provide technical support to customers remotely or on-site.
Train customers on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain service records and prepare service reports.
Coordinate with the engineering and production teams for issue resolution.
Travel to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally, if required.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
Familiar with computer systems, including Windows OS and basic software troubleshooting.
Experience with CNC machines or industrial automation is a plus.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
