LeisterTech India is hiring a Service Engineer to handle on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for our industrial machinery. This field-based role blends hands-on engineering with client interaction and problem-solving across major steel and manufacturing plants in western India.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Attend client meetings with sales for pre-sales and technical inputs
• Understand customer infrastructure, layouts, and requirements
• Support proposal development and technical documentation
• Install, validate, and commission equipment on-site
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs
• Provide customer training and technical guidance
• Maintain documentation and submit field reports on time
• Liaise with internal teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement
• Visit existing and new clients to generate service inquiries
• Support CRM updates, service knowledge base, and maintenance records

👤 Who We’re Looking For
• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 0–3 years in industrial service, application engineering, or production support
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems or industrial automation
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Bonus: Ability to read basic engineering drawings

🧪 Nice to Have
• Internship/work experience in foundry, steel, or heavy machinery sectors
• Familiarity with cranes, trolleys, vibrators, shearing machines, or magnets
• Experience with CRM, Excel, AutoCAD (basic), or technical documentation
