Job Description for Service Coordinator

Assessing clients' needs.

Forwarding the Quotations after coordination with seniors and Managers.

Basic knowledge of computers.

Overseeing the required things to be informed and collected from client regarding work.

Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their issues.

Resolving issues that arise concerning the problems arise and timely resolution.

Answering phone calls and emails.

Scheduling appointments of our engineers for clients

Maintaining and tracking day to day clients' service records

Maintaining essential day today excel and books.

Staying current on new services we develop.

Evaluating our services and helping to identify areas of improvement.
