Key Responsibilities:
Attend service calls on-site promptly.
Prepare and submit detailed service/work reports.
Resolving Customers queries.
Managing inbound and outbound phone calls.
Monitoring entire process of pick up to delivery.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related faults.
Provide on-site and remote support to clients during machine breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Conduct machine trials, customer training, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated service issues and parts management.
