In this role, you will be doing end-to-end integrationand automated validation of next-generation Vehicle Control Units (VCUs) running on bothAndroid Automotive OS (AAOS) and Embedded Linux chipsets. You will bridge the gapbetween in-vehicle ECU communication and off-board IoT Cloud Platforms, ensuring flawlessconnectivity, diagnostics, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and system reliability.Key Responsibilities? VCU & ECU Testing: Design, build, and execute functional, integration, andperformance test suites for Linux and Android-based Vehicle Control Units (VCUs) ontarget silicon (Qualcomm, NXP, Renesas, TI, etc.).? Cloud & Telematics End-to-End Validation: Validate seamless bidirectionality betweenthe in-vehicle gateway/VCU and Cloud IoT platforms (GCP,AWS IoT, Azure IoT, orcustom MQTT brokers) for telematics, remote commands, data ingestion, and cloud-sideanalytics.? OTA & Security Verification: Test end-to-end Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware/softwareupdates, security profiles (TLS, PKI, Secure Boot), and fault-recovery/rollbackmechanisms on VCU hardware.? Diagnostics & Logging: Validate unified diagnostic services and analyze system-levellogs via ADB, Android logcat, Linux dmesg, and serial consoles.Required Qualifications & Technical SkillsCore Technical Stack:? Operating Systems: Android Automotive OS (AAOS / HAL / Vehicle Properties),Embedded Linux (Yocto, Kernel modules, Systemd services).? Hardware & Chipsets: Exposure to automotive-grade SoCs/microcontrollers fromvendors like Qualcomm (Snapdragon Automotive), NXP (S32/i.MX), Renesas (R-Car), orTexas Instruments.? Vehicle Communication: CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, UDS (ISO14229), DBC files.? IoT & Cloud Protocols: MQTT, HTTP/REST APIs, WebSockets, Protobuf, JSON, AWSIoT Core, or Azure IoT Hub.Experience & Mindset:? Domain Experience: 4+ years
