Senior Production Operator

Responsibilities:

• Manage Production & QC teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Plan and allocate production work as per pending orders.

• Maintain QC schedules and ensure timely product checks.

• Implement product improvements (e.g., wiring changes) based on experience.

• Solve production issues and coordinate with other departments.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Electrical/Electronics, PLC & HMI.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling Production/QC teams.

• Smart, organized, and able to manage production targets efficiently.
