What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer – Production : Team Leadership and Manpower Planning Supervising operators and technicians. Managing attendance, discipline, and performance . Motivating teams to achieve production targets. Production Planning & Scheduling Ensuring production meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Allocating manpower and resources effectively. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Identifying production bottlenecks.Taking quick corrective actions to minimize downtime. Communication Skills Coordinating with production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and management teams.Conducting shift handovers and team meetings effectively. Technical Knowledge Understanding manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.Basic troubleshooting of production issues. Performance Monitoring Tracking KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection rate, and downtime.Preparing production reports and analysis. Your Profile as Senior Engineer – Production : : Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field. 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in team management and shop-floor operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices Why should you choose ZF Group in India?
