Officer Job Code/ Requisition ID IAB3 Location Angul Travel Required Department / Function Production Position Name Sr. Officer-Production( Charging ) Designation Sr. Officer Role Individual Team Reporting To Jo b Specification · Position: Sr. Officer - Production (Charging) · Department: Production · Location: Angul Plant · Reporting To: Assistant Manager / Manager - Production · Grade: Sr. Officer · Function: Charging Operations · Shift: Rotational Shifts Qualification/ Personal Attributes · Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. · 3-6 years of experience in battery charging operations or similar manufacturing processes. · Good understanding of charging systems, charging parameters, and process monitoring. · Knowledge of production planning, manpower utilization, and shift operations. · Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and operational excellence practices. · Basic understanding of quality standards, ISO systems, and EHS requirements. · Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. · Ability to identify and resolve production-related issues effectively. · Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Job Description Key Responsibilities · Manage charging operations during the assigned shift as per production plans. · Monitor charging parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications. · Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and charging infrastructure. · Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for issue resolution. · Monitor shift performance and take corrective actions to achieve production targets. · Maintain production records, charging reports, and process documentation. · Ensure compliance with EHS standards and statutory requirements. · Support implementation of process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives. · Train operators on charging processes, safety practices, and quality requirements.
