Accountability • Drive Continuous Improvement capability building initiatives across teams. • Design and conduct trainings/workshops on Scrum, Agile, Lean, and CI methodologies. • Build structured learning roadmaps for process excellence and transformation skills. • Coach teams and leaders on problem-solving, Kaizen, and Agile ways of working. • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions. • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
