Senior Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PVC Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining PVC extrusion machines (such as twin-screw/single-screw machines) to produce high-quality PVC profiles, trims, and related products. The candidate should have technical knowledge of machine operations, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate PVC extrusion machines as per production requirements.

• Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.

• Load raw materials and ensure continuous feed to the extrusion line.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure output meets quality and dimensional standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues in the machine.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

• Record daily production reports and coordinate with the production supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in operating PVC extrusion machines (preferred in twin-screw/single-screw).

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.

• Physically fit to handle production tasks and material handling.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
