Senior Engineer - Industrial IoT looking for a skilled Ignition Developer with 35 years of experience in designing developing and implementing industrial automation and MESSCADA solutions using the Inductive Automation Ignition Platform Key Responsibilities Design develop test and deploy applications using the Ignition platform Vision Perspective Designer and Gateway modules Develop HMISCADA screens dashboards alarms and reporting solutions Configure and maintain OPCUA connections with PLCs and industrial devices Integrate Ignition with enterprise systems such as MES ERP SAP SQL databases and web services REST APIs Develop and maintain SQL queries stored procedures and database objects for data acquisition and reporting Create and support industrial automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility Troubleshoot and resolve application communication and database issues Participate in requirements gathering solution design SIT UAT and production deployment activities Maintain technical documentation deployment procedures and support manuals Ensure compliance with cybersecurity data integrity and system reliability standards Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for incidents
