Sr. Engineer- MBSE & MBD Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band E4 to M2 Role Senior Engineer A purpose driven role for you To work in a team for simulation of full vehicle layout finalization from suspension point of view, stability mechanisms, brakes, CBS mechanisms and full vehicle ride and handling. Should understand and ensure simulation of physical behavior/ boundary condition for the given tests. He / She shall be able to build MBSE model from scratch, ability to derive equations based upon loadcases and develop system models which represent physical systems. A Day in the life Independently should be able to define equations and develop logics to define an MBSE model, preferably in area of Anti-lock braking systems, Advanced Rider Assistance systems. Should be able to identify operational concepts, define interfaces between sub-systems and compute key global & local performance parameters Understand the functions of the different subsystems of two wheelers and derive load cases for virtualization. Perform the analysis and suggest design improvements to the Expert Engineer / STL for approval. Present the group in Project CFT as SPOC to maintain the schedule and report it to STL and HOS Academic Qualification & Experience B. Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute, 7 to 12 Years Technical Skills/Knowledge Product/engineering understanding of two wheelers like Scooter, Motorcycle, and step through vehicles. Knowledge of Control Systems, Applied mechanics, Vehicle Dynamics, materials, vibration, MBSE (1D) Softwares and model building guidelines.
