Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our glass printing team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating screen printing machines specifically for glass, mixing specialized inks, and maintaining high print quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, calibrate, and operate automatic/semi-automatic screen printing machines for glass products.

• Screen & Fixture Setup: Properly align screens, mesh, squeegee pressure, and stroke speed for accurate print registration.

• Ink Preparation: Mix specialized glass inks, pigments, and additives according to color specifications and adhesion requirements.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect printed glass for alignment, coverage, defect-free finishing, and proper curing/drying.

• Maintenance: Perform daily machine cleaning, routine upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of printing errors.

• Production & Safety: Maintain output targets, minimize material rejection/glass breakage, and follow factory safety guidelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Screen Printing Operator in Glass Printing (Mandatory).

• Education: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI / Diploma (Printing / Mechanical / Technical trade preferred).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of glass handling, screen tensioning, squeegee angle control, and ink adhesion properties.

• Working Hours: Willingness to work 8 hours duty + 4 hours mandatory/regular OT.
