Sales & Service Engineer

We are looking for a Dynamic and motivated Sales and Service Engineer to manage sales , servicing , and customer support for tablet tooling (punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches , dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical , nutraceutical , and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Business Development : Generate new leads , build customer relationships , deliver technical presentations , and prepare detailed proposals to meet sales targets

• Technical Support & Service : Install , commission , and perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications

• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose technical issues , provide remote or on-site support , and resolve customer complaints promptly

• Product Expertise : Act as the technical expert to advise clients on product applications , adaptations , and improvements

• Customer Training : Train client staff on equipment operation , safety regulations and maintenance procedures

Education : Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder preferred

Experience : 1-2 years into similar field preferred

Industry Preferred : Pharma industry background would be given preference
