Safety training
Daily Spot Audit
Daily TBT - Tool box talk
On Job Training as work allocation - OJT of all persons.
Routine Inspection
HSE Audits & Compliance
Monthly HSE compliance reporting
Monthly Updates Presentation with Best practices.
Gemba walks with Contractor supervisors and HSE team.
Incident Management - incident reporting, Incident investigation, Closure of Incidents actions and horizontal deployment.
Run the Motivational program with your management at site level.
Cummins Contractor safety compliance - HIRA, Method statement and others.
