🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Handle lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment.

• Set up rigging tools: ropes, chains, slings, pulleys, and hooks.

• Support crane operators during lifting operations.

• Ensure proper load securing and balancing.

• Conduct regular inspection of rigging tools and equipment.

• Follow all site safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.

🛠 Skills Required

• Knowledge of rigging tools and lifting procedures.

• Ability to work at heights and handle physical tasks.

• Understanding of load calculations and safety rules.

• Good communication for coordinating with site supervisors and crane operators.
