Quantity Surveyor

Position: Operator Lab / Quality workman

Location: Satpur, Nashik

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Bsc Chemistry.

Only Female employee preffered

Experience-Min 2-3 years ‘experience in a Chemical manufacturing/lab testing

Salary: upto 3.5 LPA (Depend on current CTC)

Job Description:

·Cleaning of instruments. Dispose waste solvents to scrap yard.

· Collect, check, store and maintain retain samples.

· Remove retain samples and transfer to Scrapyard.

· Surface preparation of coupons, profiles, customer samples, customer parts by chemical or mechanical treatments.

· Extend help during the laboratory level development work

· Maintain safety items and safety instruments in working conditions.

· Extend help to production department as and when required apart from laboratory work.

· Extend help for testing , free samples packing, customer parts packing, etc.

· preparing solutions and reagents, operating and maintaining lab equipment, documenting findings in technical reports, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, often involving collaboration with other scientists and teams to develop new products and processes.

· Monitor raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

· Proficiency with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques like HPLC and GC.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
