ey Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing:

  • Perform Visual Inspection of welds and surfaces to identify defects like cracks, porosity, or spatters.

  • Conduct Dimensional Measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.

  • Coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (e.g., Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic) as required by project specifications.

• Process Control:

  • Monitor fabrication processes including Welding (WPS/PQR compliance), laser/plasma cutting, and CNC machining.

  • Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to track and manage manufacturing trends.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or other industry-specific standards.

  • Prepare inspection reports, First Article Inspections (FAI), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.

• Problem Solving:

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformities using tools like 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or 8D reports.

  • Collaborate with production teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to reduce rework and scrap.

• Supplier & Customer Management:

  • Liaise with customers for final inspections and audits.

  • Evaluate supplier quality for raw materials (steel plates, pipes, welding consumables).

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
