Quality senior executive

We are looking for a Quality senior executive to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and statutory requirements.

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality.

• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.

• Perform root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.

• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct internal quality audits and support external/customer audits.

• Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.

• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and Quality Check Sheets.

• Train operators and production staff on quality requirements and best practices.

• Monitor supplier quality performance and support vendor quality improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management systems.

• Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards within the quality department.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
