Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team Jagannath Polymers. The role involves maintaining quality standards on the production floor and final products. This position offers a salary of 13,500 to 15,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product consistency.

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

• Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory and ISO compliance.

• Establish quality metrics and report performance to management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (B.SC preferred) and 0 to 4 years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
