Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance activities for EV charger and EMS manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QMS, IATF and ISO standards, ensuring process compliance and driving continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.

• Implement, maintain and improve QMS across manufacturing and support functions.

• Must have hands-on experience in IATF implementation.

• Lead ISO implementation, certification and compliance activities.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Manuals and process documentation.

• Conduct internal audits, process audits and supplier audits.

• Manage customer complaints, CAPA, 8D and root-cause analysis.

• Establish and monitor quality KPIs and process performance.

• Ensure incoming, in-process and final inspection processes are effectively implemented.

• Work closely with Production, R&D, EMS and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction and process standardization.

• Manage external/customer audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and manufacturing standards for EV chargers and electronic assemblies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IATF implementation – Mandatory.

• Experience in ISO implementation and certification – Mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of QMS implementation and maintenance.

• Experience in EMS / Electronics / Automotive / EV / Power Electronics manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of 8D, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.

• Experience in handling internal, supplier and customer audits.

• Strong documentation and process-control skills.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in EV charger manufacturing, EMS, PCB assembly, power electronics or automotive electronics will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
