About the Company

Vaishnav Fasteners is a 35-year-old precision fastener manufacturer supplying to leading OEMs like Schneider Electric and Siemens.
We produce over 20 million screws and assemblies per month across our Vasai, Mira Road, and Dharkhadi plants.
We’re building a modern, data-driven quality system — and looking for disciplined, detail-oriented Junior Inspectors to join our quality team.

Role Overview

As a Junior Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for in-process inspection and data recording on running machines to ensure production quality and prevent defects.
This is a gig-based role — you can earn 30–50% more than a regular salary through consistent performance, attendance, and inspection output.

Key Responsibilities

• Check 5 pieces per machine every 60 minutes using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, thread gauge, etc.).

• Perform first-piece and last-piece inspection for every setup.

• Ensure the correct drawing is displayed on each machine.

• Record readings neatly and accurately in the given sheet/app.

• Tag and segregate defective parts when found.

• Cooperate with senior quality staff for audits and process improvements.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges).

• Able to read basic technical drawings (training will be provided).

• Reliable, attentive, and willing to learn.

• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts, 6 days a week.

• Education: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass preferred.

• Experience in fasteners / press parts / machining industries is a plus.

Earning Structure (Gig Model)

Your daily earning depends on attendance, inspection performance, and quality accuracy.

Inspection output & data bonus: ₹500–₹650/day (Based on pieces checked)

Punctuality / Overtime : ₹150-350/day

full-week streak: ₹200–₹500/week

Earning Range : ₹18000-25000

• Mira Road Unit: Aadharshila Ind Estate, Penkarpada (3 openings)

• Dahisar Unit: Near Sheetal Restaurant, Vaishali Nagar (1 opening)

Important Note : This is not a desk/computer job, you are expected to be on the shopfloor at all times
