Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team TRIGO GROUP. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities

·         Inspect damaged vehicles and assess body repair requirements

·         Perform dent removal, panel beating, and structural repairs

·         Carry out welding (MIG / Spot welding) and metal finishing

·         Replace damaged panels, bumpers, doors, fenders, and frames

·         Use body alignment tools and measuring systems accurately

·         Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, priming)

·         Ensure repairs meet OEM and safety standards

·         Follow workshop safety rules and quality procedures

·         Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

·         Coordinate with painters, service advisors, and supervisors

Required Skills & Competencies

·         Knowledge of vehicle body structures and materials

·         Hands-on experience in denting and panel repair

·         Welding and cutting skills

·         Ability to read repair manuals and technical drawings

·         Attention to detail and quality workmanship

·         Basic understanding of paint preparation processes

·         Time management and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Body Repair / Sheet Metal
• 2–5 years of experience in car body repair (OEM or multi-brand workshops)
• OEM certification is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
